Fulfillment is managed by you, the vendor. Once an order is placed, you are responsible for packing and shipping the product directly to the customer. We provide clear order notifications and guidelines to make the process seamless.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Altruvera's return policy. Vendors are expected to cooperate with return requests and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. Detailed return procedures will be shared upon onboarding.
