At Altruvera, we partner with independent, ethical, and sustainable brands that fulfill and ship their products directly to you. To provide a fair and consistent customer experience across all vendors, we have established the following return and refund policy.

General Return Policy

You may return most items purchased through Altruvera within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required to process a return.

Certain items may not be eligible for return (see Section 6 below).

How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Returns are shipped directly back to the vendor who fulfilled your order, not to Altruvera.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us through the Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery. We will coordinate with the vendor to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once the vendor confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Shopify/Stripe within 7–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to vendor error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

Exchanges
Because our vendors ship independently, we cannot process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, style, or product, please submit a return for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

Personal care and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)

Customized or personalized products

Gift cards

Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page)

Multiple-Vendor Orders
If you order products from multiple vendors, you may receive multiple packages. Each product must be returned to its original vendor, and you will receive a separate return shipping label for each vendor’s items.

International Orders
At this time, Altruvera primarily ships within the United States. Orders placed outside these regions may be declined or subject to additional requirements.

If you are located in the European Union and place an order, please note that your purchase may be subject to local consumer protection laws, including the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery.
