- Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window. Altruvera is not responsible for customs delays
Delivery times vary depending on the vendor, carrier, and shipping destination:
- Standard Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing.
- Expedited Domestic Shipping (if available): 2-5 business days after processing.
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days after processing, subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
Important Note: Delivery times are provided as estimates only. Altruvera and its vendors cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control
- You may return most items purchased through Altruvera within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required to process a return.
