Because we operate as a multi-vendor marketplace, all products are shipped directly from the independent vendors you purchase from. This allows us to support small businesses while delivering your order efficiently. Please review the following policy to understand how shipping works when you shop with Altruvera.
Order Processing & Fulfillment

Once your payment is confirmed, your order details are automatically sent to the vendor responsible for fulfilling the items you purchased.

Vendors typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days, though exact processing times may vary depending on the product type, vendor, or order volume.

Some specialty or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. If applicable, this will be noted on the product page or in your order confirmation.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking details (when available).
Shipping Methods and Carriers

Vendors use a variety of shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Carrier availability may vary based on the vendor’s location and your delivery address.

At checkout, you may be offered shipping method options (e.g., standard, expedited). Availability of options is determined by the vendor and the carrier.

Altruvera does not guarantee delivery dates provided by carriers once an item has been shipped.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the vendor’s shipping policy, product weight, package dimensions, and delivery location.

In some cases, vendors may offer free shipping promotions. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated in a promotion or offer.

Some vendors may offer free shipping once your order with their store reaches a specific amount (e.g., $75 or $100). These thresholds apply on a per-vendor basis. If you purchase items from multiple vendors, each vendor’s free shipping policy will be applied separately.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the vendor, carrier, and shipping destination:

Standard Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing.

Expedited Domestic Shipping (if available): 2-5 business days after processing.

International Shipping: 7-21 business days after processing, subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
Important Note: Delivery times are provided as estimates only. Altruvera and its vendors cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control
International Orders and Customs

Some vendors may offer international shipping. If available, this option will appear at checkout.

Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window. Altruvera is not responsible for customs delays
Multiple Shipments

Because each product is fulfilled directly by the vendor, items in your order may ship separately.

You will receive separate shipping confirmation emails and tracking details (when available) for each package.

If you order products from multiple vendors, shipping fees may be applied separately to each vendor’s products, and delivery times may vary accordingly.

Please note: Free shipping offers, when available, are applied per vendor. For example, if you reach a vendor’s free shipping threshold with their products, you will not be charged shipping for those items, but shipping may still apply to products purchased from other vendors in the same order.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been shipped, responsibility for timely delivery lies with the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@altruvera.com. We will coordinate with the vendor to investigate and resolve the issue in line with their shipping policies.

Altruvera is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

In cases of damaged goods, customers may be required to provide photos of the package and product for claim purposes.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

Altruvera and its vendors are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to the vendor due to an inaccurate address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Delivery Confirmation

Once tracking indicates that a package has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.

Altruvera and its vendors are not liable for stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to provide a secure delivery address.
Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address or method are not guaranteed. Requests must be made immediately by contacting info@altruvera.com.
